Mr. Yu Quan: Senior Consultant

Yu Quan received his bachelor degree in law from Peking University in 1991. In 2000, he earned a master degree in law from the University of London .

Mr. Yu previously worked as a judge for the Shandong Provincial High Court. Mr.Yu tried numerous cases involving maritime affairs, intellectual property, and foreign companies.
