Mr. Zhang Zhiguo: Partner

Mr. Zhang received his Bachelor of Law from Peking University in 1989 and his Master of Law from Dalian Maritime University in 2002. Mr. Zhang is an executive member of the Maritime Committee of the Chinese Lawyer Association and a member of the Chinese Maritime Law Association. He has been qualified as International Business Engineer. He has been honored as "Elite Lawyer of Qingdao" and as "Outstanding Lawyer of Qingdao in the field of Maritime Law".
