Established in April of 1995, Wincon Legal Services
is a full service law firm licensed to practice law in the People's

attorneys. All of Wincon's lawyers have excellent legal educations. The
majority graduated from well-known Chinese universities, such as Peking
University Law School, Renmin University Law School and the University
of Political Science and Law. With a solid foundation in legal education

Commission or the WTO Experts Group of the Qingdao Municipal
Government. Others serve as consultants to the People's Procuratorate
