Headquartered in Qingdao with a branch office in Jinan, Wincon now has around 100 professionals. We possess strong foreign language capabilities. Our working languages include Chinese, English, Korean and Japanese. Our Attorneys
At Wincon we engage attorneys with outstanding academic achievements and sound technical abilities. One third of our attorneys have achieved master’s/doctor’s degree or qualifications from foreign countries. Prior to joining Wincon, most of our attorneys have had working experience in other business sectors, such as government agencies, banks and other financial institutions, courts, arbitration commissions, higher-education institutions, and corporations. Many of our attorneys have obtained qualification as International Business Engineer, Real Estate Appraiser, Real Estate Investment Professional, Property Investment Analyst, Financial Analyst, Certified Tax Agent and Patent Agent. Some of our attorneys also serve as independent directors for corporations, arbitrators for the International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, arbitrators for the China Maritime Arbitration Commission, arbitrator for the Qingdao Arbitration Commission, Member of Legal Consultant Committee of Qingdao Municipal Government and Member of the People’s Political Consultative Standing Committee of Qingdao.

Our attorneys have participated in more than ten legislation projects and published over 100 articles in professional magazines and seminars. Wincon has hosted high quality seminars and legal training for years. The electronic magazine, “Hello Wincon” is provided to clients on a regular basis.
Wincon is active in public welfare and charity undertakings. Wincon has been donating for poverty-stricken or disaster affected areas for years and organizing attorneys for blood donation from time to time. Wincon and some other law firms of Qingdao have also donated and built the Qingdao Lawyers Hope Primary School.
